Assuming you are talking about a 9N/2N/8N it goes in the upper
radiator hose, heat sensor toward the head. It is a tight fit, but
it will go. Warm the hose in hot water if needed.
I use a zip tie around it once installed to keep it from moving
once the hose heats up. A hose clamp will work too.
