If they are a true steel wheels it would be a 2N (war time). Some have "mud/sand" paddles that they pass off as steel war time wheels.

Are these the ones you saw?
Hard to say whether 2N or 9N, but I don't see a front choke.
It has electric start, but that could have been added.

They look like they been siitin in the dirt a while, 'Sold as is' so buy them before you see what shape they are in, I'll pass and they are only 2 - 2 1/2 hours south of me
