9N Stalls

I have a recently rebuilt 9N. It starts good initially and runs OK however after a few minutes it will stall. It will start again after it sets a while. The gas is getting to the carb. and it also flows out the bottom of the carb. with the bolt removed. The strainer in the top of the bowl is clean. When the bowl is empty the gas from the tank drips but does not flow filling the bowl. once the tractor is started the bowl fills up.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You have checked fuel flow - seems to be OK from what you describe. Now check for spark as soon as it dies.

at moment of death.. check spark. if it has spark.. move to fuel.

Sticky float not dropping or needle staying up. when running the vibration of the tractor causes the float and/or needle to drop open.

There's my guess.
