Ford 800

Would someone Please tell me when and where (if possible) my tractor was made? The serial number is 10021 and has a diamond shape design before and after the number. I believe that it was made in 1954, but everyone tells me that they did not start making the 800 until 57. I am starting to go completely through it and I will need to get several replacement parts. I need the information to make sure that I get the right part

Very few parts are going to need those kinds of specifics... When u get near the series split there are some spline issues and brake laout issues... But the engines for the most part have commonsltoes

Tractor was made in'54 but is consider a 1955. Flat footboards would be a dead give away on a '55 model.

"Everyone" is wrong. The 600 and 800 series both went into production in 1954. I have a 1954 dated Owner's Manual for the 600/800 series tractors.
