DEARBORN MODEL 10-1 PLOW

I picked up 2 very nicely done 10-1's last weekend. One is basic and the other has a couple things I had never seen. First, the coulter's have springs off the arm that seems to be to keep the coulter in line(??). Has anyone ever seen this adaptation. It appears stock to the unit. Second, the coulter disks are concave like a disk. The spring loaded arm fits well with the disk/coulter and as I said, it all looks like it was built this way. Has anyone seen this before?

Here are the pics from my original note.

Back in the 50's "Yetter MFG" was the most popular after market "disc coulter". The work very good, replacing both the "coulter and jointer". The jointer and this disc coulter, throw a little girt over the grass or corn trash, to cover the trash better.
Currently the Dearborn "10-1" is not as desirable as the latter "radix type shares" as the 10-1 "cast shares" are almost impossible to find.
