ok got everything back together..heres my problem now.. with the draft control spring . the 3rd hitch thats attached to hydraulic lift cover. it wont lift all way up . if i unhook that from the bush hog it will raise all the way, akso sometime the lift wont lower. i replaced everything. cam follower pin. all gaskets and the piston and rings. I used zanes jig. any ideas on what i did wrong.its not a leak i dont think. because it raises so good with out that 3rd hitch hooked upThe yolk control spring.... Its a 51 8n... thanks

here is a better explanation of the problem..I bought Zanes jig I rebuilt the Cylinder with the two ring piston. replaced the cam follower pin. It still is acting funny maybe I did something wrong and you can help me out. Sometimes it will raise the bush hog all the way up. Then when I push controller down it will stay up. I push draft control down,under seat,and it will lower. Then it wont raise up with draft control, under seat, in up or down position. Heres something else. I will take the 3rd hitch off The one connected to draft spring control yoke On back of Hydraulic lift cover. It will raise and lower the Bush hog like its suppose to it will lift it til the back wheel is nearly off ground. I hook up the yoke and it will raise it about 8 inches then stop. any ideas .I really appreciate the help.

Did you adjust the draft control linkage according to Zane's instructions that come with the jig?

yes but im think i did something wrong... gonna go back and re adjust
