1951 8n valve reseating

I reseated the valves on my 8n and changed the head due to it being cracked ( used one )but now I have a knock,tractor fires right up and idles great now but I didn't have knock before any I ideas,exhaust valves adjusted to .015 and intake valves to .011

Perhaps the head was decked and now a piston is just hitting the head. That can be fixed by reliving the head where there is interference.

removed head and didn't see any spots where it would hit,are the valve springs driffent for exhaust and intake they all look the same

Did you turn the engine over with the head just sitting on the block?
