Breaker plate

I have an 1941 9N tractor that is 12v. I have replaced my breaker plate twice in the last year. I know the new one are from china nad don"t last long but come on here. 2 in the last six months. Any other issues I need to be looking for.

Why are you replacing them? What specifically is wrong with them?

I agree. So why are you buying new ones? If in the unlikely event your OEM plate can't be rebuilt, why not get a used one & rebuild that?
