52 8n compression

Bought a 1952 8n "not running". Many issues electrically and fuel supply related which i fixed. Had real low compression so I did the ATF treatment and compression improved greatly. Also pulled the valves in #2 & #3 cylinders as they were only showing 75 psi compared to 105 in cyl 1 & 4.

Replaced head gasket too- Still only 75 psi in 2 & 3- Head warp? Also, replacement head gasket is metal, should a gasket sealer be used? Should I call it a day and see if it will run on 105-75-75-100? As always, thanks everyone for the advice!!!

"[P]ulled the valves" in 2 and 3? Did you reseat the valves or merely inspect?

Compression issue in 2 and 3 is not head gasket related. Do a wet/dry compression (or leak down) test.
