I believe that machine was once owned by a fellow in Saline, Mich. His name was Neal. He bought and sold Ford tractors since the 50"s. He and his wife are both gone now. He used to say that was her tractor. I may have a picture of it around here somewhere.
He did not do that to the tractor. He bought it like that. I have no idea who the PERP was.

That is also a 69 corvette beside the tractor and look close at the seat on the tractor it is a motorcycle seat great idea!
