OT Skid Steer Battery Discharging

My New Holland LS150 2002 skid steer battery discharges when left sitting with key off. The battery is new and I now disconnect the ground cable when not in use. I did measure 12v between cable and battery post which tells me something is drawing power. Only thing I can think of is that the alternator diodes have failed perhaps.
Anyone have a similar problem? Any ideas on how to track it down? Everything is so difficult to get to for service on these! I hate to have to remove the alternator!

Remove the fuses one at a time until you find the circuit the parasitic drain is on. Then start checking the items on that circuit.

Maybe you can avoid alt removal (for now) by just removing the alt wires for diagnostic purposes.

if the fuse thing (alone) don't get it. try a test lamp inline with bat hot. and pull fuses, and then start doing load wires like alternator till lamp goes out.
