Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see If you can make it so he/she only has one hole to come in,you could use a conabear, (probably grossly misspelled) It's a neck trap that you can set by hand, place over or in the hole and wait. They're good for mink, muskrats, big rats of other types.

A 110 conabear will work, but make sure no pets(cats) will enter the hole, it will break their necks. Make sure kids know not to touch it, could break a wrist. A small wood box slightly larger than a 110 with a 1/4 slot on each side to slide the springs in when the trap is set should work, put bait in the back of the box to attract, fish or sardines might work.
