DELL follow-up Re: PTO Cover post 6/17/13

Hey Dell, a quick follow-up question from the post on 6/17 reference "PTO Cover." The pics posted above your comment by mbramlble show the flange I believe you have described. My question is did you need to buy longer bolts or were the original ones long enough to go through the flange and seat how they needed to. Also since I have never pulled the bolts off the pto cover plate before will the plate stay seated or will I need to drain they hydraulic fluid to install the flange part? Thanks

Not Dell, but I think I would replace the bolts, one at a time,
with All Thread or studs. That way you could have a nut to
torque down the PTO plate, then put the cover on then another
nut to tighten the cover up snug.
Over-tightening would break the plastic.
