Whats the difference between these front Axle hub seals

From what I can see in the ad, those three letters "OEM".
And $5 of course.
The cheaper one says it can replace the other.

(quoted from post at 17:29:45 10/11/13) Looking at YT for front hub seals and found these. Other than price and P/N what is the difference between the two?
Same size and same description. What am I not seeing?

I discovered during my Jubilee restoration that you can use either the typical modern style grease seal or the original style dust seal. The former seals against the spindle shaft, the latter seals against the spindle backing plate. I suspect they use a stock photo that does not accurately reflect the differences.

Thanks for the clarifications. Guessing I will stick with the 9n1190b. I tend to think that the shaft seals would be a little better than the spindle seal.
