It's a bit of a grunt but not all that bad.
I do like to see the wooden cribbing under there but I would make it wider. 2 blocks wide at least and stack them at right angles to each other. And I know the metal jack stand is just for balance but I wonder about it sitting directly in the dirt where the legs can sink down and get off level. A piece of 3/4" plywood under it would be a lot better.
I don't fool around when I have a tractor in the air. Good cribbing is cheap whan you consider the cost of that big chunk of iron falling while you are working on it.
