9n resistor block

I'm a newbie so bear with me. Need your expert advice. My 9n/2n original 6volt positive ground has no spark. I've replaced the wiring, coil, points and the battery is fully charged. With a test light I show power at center terminal of the old original resistor block on the instrument panel all the time. I get power at the left terminal only when the key is turned on. But I NEVER get power at the right (coil wire) terminal. Is that resistor block bad? It shows continuity between the right and left terminals.

you may be doing your test wrong.

remove the 'coil' wire fromt he resistor terminal before testing for power there.. and testing continuity.

power at the lower terminal is normal.. power at the terminal hooked to key, when on is normal. other terminal should have it too. points state will make difference in actual voltage readings if using a meter vs a lamp.

Your first two readings are normal, and the third might be.
If the points are closed, you would not get battery voltage there.
Only about half of battery voltage. (roughly)
Try connecting it there while rolling the engine over.
It should flash at you as the points open and close.
If not, does it light if you disconnect the wire on that side?
I suspect it will, in which case the resistor is probably good
and the points are not opening and closing properly or something
else is grounding the circuit in the distributor, such as the
condenser wire or the little insulator where it connects.
Let us know what you find.

Thanks both Royce and Soundguy. I did the test light again while slowly rolling the engine over with the hand crank and the light DID flash on and off. But still no spark when I tried the starter. I removed the distributor and bench tested the four continuity tests that Bruce (VA) posted 08-13-2013 and everything checked out OK. Any other suggestions?

That shows that your points are opening and closing as they should.
Lacking a problem with gap, that should make the primary good.
There is a tab on the bottom of the distributor that has to touch the
distributor cap. It can be gently bent to make sure it is making contact.
Make sure the cap is on right and making contact with the rotor also.
There are really very few components left to be suspect!
