what size are those tires? the 8 bolt wheels /look/ like they have the same bolt pattern as a 48+ 8N...

Yes they will.
I have a set of TO20 rear centers on my 51 8N.
The only difference I've noticed is they are
scalloped instead of round on the outside edge.
$900 seems high for just rear tires and rims though,
especially when you haven't seen the rim condition yet.
Including the fronts, maybe, but one is flat.
Heck, tractor may run just fine, then you'd have two!
Or, you could sell it at a profit once you get it running
and buy the tires and rims you want/need.

The Ferguson wheel studs/nuts are larger with the TO-35 and later but they will bolt on. Not sure about the 20s/30s.
