It Just needs Gas tank Cleaned ! turns over !Never Painted only when Ford Did it .

Depends on it it is truely a wartime model.
Wartime 2N would have hand crank and no electrics, magneto instead of a distributer, choke on the right dogleg and other variations from the norm.
If it had those things and correct serial # it would be worth a couple/few grand even in as-is condition.

There is an original war time 2N on ebay now. Note the choke on the front grill, the lack of an amp meter on the dash, no starter, and a magneto. This is the second time this has been listed. Was $4500 the first time.
