So since I woke up about 530AM this past Saturday and also because I was tired of looking at the radius arm ball ends rattling around in their caps I decided to fix them.
Four fender washers, a 5/8" acorn nut and an 8 inch vice with a cup of coffee and an hour later I had no more rattling around.
Here are some pics. Maybe it will be able to help someone. The pics are pretty self explanatory and are in order of going through the cupping process of the washers. I decided to cup the washers in a vice since force cupping them using the radius arm cap while bolting them in may have broken the bolt flanges off of the radius arm caps.
