The Budget Buster!

I have a 52 flathead V8 I'm wanting to put in a 52 8N that I bought with a blown engine(cracked block). Has anyone done this and how much can I expect to spend on this? I hear the frame kit out of Ohio is around 1200.00. Momma is thinking it's going to be a budget buster but I keep telling her most of the cost is labor and I'm cheap!

Sounds like a fun project, just remember 80 to 100HP power plant and a 30hp diffy. Have fun.

A fool an his money are soon parted.We all know that the OHV 134 was too much for the 8n differential.One fellow said they had a flathead 6 in an 8n.Every time they hooked on a root or big rock they knocked a tooth off a transmission gear.
