3 Point Lift Question

Just changed out the hydraulic fluid in my 2N. Used Travellers Premium, conforming to ESN-M2C134D. If I raise the 3 point quickly all to the max position on the quadrant it bounces when it gets to the top. If I raise it slowing to max lift, I still have room left to go on the quadrant but it doesn't bounce. Tried it a few times and it seems to be getting better. Can someone advise me of what's going on? I might need to clarify, this just started happening after I changed the hydraulic fluid.

With substantial implement weight on lift and engine off, how long does it take to leak down/drop the load?
 
Did not. Just drained real good and refilled. Not even sure at this point how to get to the pump or what needs to be cleaned. Seems to have setteled down a little, going to check it out again tomorrow.
