1950 john deere m - $1250
nice tractor, new paint new rear tire , with extra parts front and rear wheel weights. runs great , ready for new owner

No a N but this seems well worth 1250 ? Any thought ? I have a 51 N

Not a bad price for green and yellow. That color's pricey.
I looked at an M a year or two ago for that money.
It ran, but the rear rims were off an AC and were so rotted they wobbled!
Wheel weights should add extra value too.
 
If you like it, go for it. Nothen wrong with green. I like all the old iron as long as I can find parts for them.
 
The "M" has a proprietary hydraulic lift arrangement - The implements you have now will not connect without adding the 3-point adapter kit.
 
guy says it has a 3 pt that he uses with a blade...also as the other matching new tire for $150 more... nice guy....said he has 2500 in it new steering column new battery box ???
 
Nice tractor,I would buy it in a minute.Only 2 cylinder but a good buy.I worked for a JD dealer when that tractor was just a few years old.Most of my work was on the MC crawlers.
 
green ones are expensive here
That would be a great deal in my area, for what looks like
a very nice tractor.
That tractor at that price would never make it to a sell ad here,
word of mouth would have it sold long before
