Drain plug for oil filter canister?

I finally finished a rebuild of my 9N that I started roughly three years ago. After fussing with getting her started for the last week - she finally fired up today. I shut her down after only about 20-30 seconds or so, because of a couple of issues. One, I wasn't registering any oil pressure - even though I packed the oil pump with vaseline. How long should it take for it to build?

Second, and it may have some effect on the first issue, is I had oil leaking out of what looks to be a drain hole for the oil filter canister. Is that what it is, or is it supposed to be there? If so, does anybody know what size bolt (and gasket, I presume) goes there? I don't wanna guess and mess up the threads. Here is a pic of the hole (I hope).

It is for a drain plug but it is threaded as NPT -
Tapered Pipe Thread so be sure to get proper size -I
think it is 3/8-NPT brass plug.
