I'm waiting for my ORC to arrive. (yep, you're right, I should have had it a long time ago!!)

Anyway, is there anything I should be on the lookout for, or is it a fairly straight forward process?

Thanks, Joe

Pretty straight forward. Grease zerks come out, line up the holes,
put the pin in, put the zerks back in and grease it.
Keep it greased and check for wear/slop.
Only other thing I can think of is checking the length of the PTO shafts
now that you've added that few inches to make sure they don't bind.

Just make sure you get the pin centered in the hole. If you don't drive it in far enough it will catch on the outer body part and the ORC will not work. If you drive it in too far the same will happen.

I use EP grease on my ORC. It has lasted over 20 years and I use it 3-4 hours a week in the summer. Chassis grease may be OK but I like EP grease.
