not running , needs alot of work, pto broken , not live, 3 speed and a reverse.no battery and needs wired? what should I offer for this tractor,tire poor.Thanks rick

Got a picture? 600 series didn't come with a 3 spd that I know of.
From the sounds though, I wouldn't pay over scrap price.
Tires are a huge expense and with it not running you can't tell
much about engine condition, rear end/tranny noises, clutch
condition, etc.

Guy does not even know what he has so how in the world can he know what it is worth. Me I would take info with me as to what he has and tell him the facts and offer him scrap price since that is all a non- running tractor is worth. Sounds like he has a 9N or 2N since those are the only ones that had a 3 speed

sounds like 200-300$ max I personally wouldn't buy it unless i needed a major casting...

and it sounds like a 2n or 9n
