Well I bought them on line so I didn't know they were in a Tisco package.

I will not be ordering them again. Fool me once....

The laminated material is called Micarta.Tough material used as insulation and makes good knife handles.May have spelled it wrong, first time Ive typed the word.I have found many Ford v8 distributors with a broken left point spring. That shorts the points.I have two under the bench with that problem now.The photos show that points have 2 metals welded together.I think tungsten welded to steel.Hard to rivet tungsten.Good points are too hard to file.

Does this picture show you what you are interested in? These are the Blue Streak points in the Tisco package.

No brass bushing, doubt they are Blue Streak points.Blue Streak points had a red felt lube wick when I was a pup.

They look laminated at least.
I noticed that there is a lot of difference between the spring

shapes on the different sets of points as well.
