Recognize this brand of starter? (pics)

I took this out of my parts 2N today.
I didn't recognize the brand.
It must have been my lucky day as far as starters go.
This tractor does NOT have the bellhousing relieved for
space and this starter practically floated out!
Didn't have to remove the drain or the add-on spin-on oil filter!

The bendix was not stuck in the flywheel, but it wouldn't turn.
It did try to turn, I could here it.
As rusty as it is, I'm hoping it's literally stuck and can be freed up.
Certainly doesn't look like a new one to me!
I haven't tore the back cap off yet, or even the ring.

It's NOT a "brand of starter", just simply the name of the automotive electrical rebuilder who rebuilt it the last time.

Used to be ALL sorts of 'em.

Do you have any insight as to how that "rebuilder" might have
gotten hold of this starter and got it onto my tractor in the US?
Supply chain, local distributor, mail order?
I've seen quite a few names stuck on the sides of modern internet
ordered starters. Most say India or China, but I've not seen many
with a metal tag from Canada.

Don"t know about THAT brand, but Wilson out of Winnipeg is/was a big rebuilder that sold all over the US, as an example. (Got bought out by BBB.)

Ford was the only auto maker that made their starters and generators.In the early days Henry Ford got parts from the Dodge brothers.He must have paid them with Ford stock because they were a major stock holder.After he bought out all the stockholders he started making every thing needed for building cars and trucks.Tires, glass, sawmills for wooden parts.Dash gauges were made by King Seeley, keys by Briggs& Stratton,carberators by Stromberg.King Seeley made table saws for Sears in the 50s.Ford bought a huge rubber plantation.Made gasoline from coke production.Ford had radios made by Philco.It was common to see rebuilders tags on starters and generators.I bought Ford V8 short blocks from Western Auto and Sears for 99.00 in the 50s.
