Your 8N should have 28 inch dia. rims. If these are 24 inch, they are too small (and too wide I think).

All the small Fords from 48 all the way up into the 80s used the same 8 on 6" bolt pattern.
Those look to be 8 on 8" which was not used until 65 or so on the 4000,5000 size tractors.
They also look to be about 15" wide which would be a huge tire on an N or even 3000.
You'd best pass on them.

Do you need the centers or just the outer rims?
The outer rims are available new for right around $100 each.
Plus shipping of course.
