Genny Shunt mount

I had model A, 3-brush genny. Genny went bad so found original 9/2N 3 brush but holes on genny are too close to mount shunt. Was there a mount on the original genny?

I can make one from some bar stock, but just wondering. Holes in the "new" genny are way too close to mount shunt.

Thanks in advance. MF

hat are you calling a "shunt"?

Well JMOR, I could call You a micro-saprophatic, but that would
give all myco-heterotrophs that live off rotting matter, a bad name.

Toche!

Cutout "regulator". It shunts current back into Genny when key is
off.

Never heard the term here? Or did the dog crap the carpet and the
wife make you sleep on the couch?

wow.. nice posts to jmor...

there's plenty of info in the manuals and the forums to know where ford stuck the cutout on a 9n/2n ford.
