Does anyone know of a cap that would go on top of front mount dist in place of sqaure coil? Then put round coil on cap. I know people have gutted sqaure coils but I would prefer this method. I found a rendering of one at nnalert trsctors but it is not in production yet.

I made one out of wood. Plan on using it as a pattern and fabricating one out of plexiglass.

i believe pertronics has / is comeing out w/ one.

Yes I admire that work,,, I often wonder am I the only one that does...

This is a prime example why most chase their tail around here and recommend other do as well...

It don't get any better than that BOOKMARK IT :!:

Yet ANOTHER way to modify a cap to feed in HV from an external coil... I forget who originally posted this... Looks like they left the oled coil in place to cover the openings in the distributor and cap.

Hope they removed the HT post on the square-can coil!

Yep, I agree. Probably wouldn't take much for someone in the "land of almost right" to make a production run of them!

In the meantime, it's NOT rocket surgery for someone to make their own, as my photos show, or to do what the other guy in my last photo did!
