9n Front Center Axle

While priming the center axle on my 41' 9n I noticed 2 hair-line fractures on the top, near the pivot pin location. The fractures are about half inch by half inch. They don't go through to the other side of the axle.

I am looking for some guidance as to how concerned I should be over this.

Also the axle has a stamped part number I can't locate, 9N-3011-A2. My Master Parts Catalog does not show this number nor can I locate it on the web. Any thoughts on this also?

Bill I just weleded mine. right or wrong its still holding and I have a loader on it. Bob

If welding isn't an option or doesn't work, I have a used one with no cracks. $20 plus shipping. Shipping might be more than the cost of the axle.
