3 Point Noise

My 43 2N is talking to me. She makes a high pitched screech when the 3 Point is elevated all the way. If I lower it about half way the noise stops. Doesn"t seem to matter if there is a load on it. Noise also stops with clutch depressed and pto not turning. Also, the three point sags under load when the clutch is depressed. That part doesn"t bother me much. Old seals leak and will get replaced in due course. But that loud screech makes me think I am burning something up. Anyone suggest where to start looking?

I am by no means a hydraulic expert, but that sounds to me like the relief valve.
One of the guys with more experience can verify or give you more suggestions.
There are instruction posted in the archives to check it.
