NAA PTO Shaft won't dis-engage

I replaced the pto shaft in my NAA this weekend; all went well, except the pto won't disengage??

I followed the IT manual...not sure what could have happened. The PTO lever does not "feel" the same now.

Any advice?

May have the PTO shifter not in the groove as it should be so it does not move the coupler as it should. I would pull the Shifter plate off and make sure the shifter is lined up as it should be

pull the pto shifter cover for a looksee.
