8n rotor button clip ?

I lost the little retainer that slides down on the dist. shaft and holds the rotor button
does this come with a new rotor or ??

Assuming that you have a side mount dist., That clip does not come with a new rotor.

However our host carries them.

They don't come with the rotor,you can get one on this site or from the New holland dealer,about 5 bucks.

Maybe a dumb question, but do you know where it went?
Could it still be in the old rotor?
