I never saw it running and it looked very clean inside. The engine oil was very clean too. It is on the test stand now. But I guess I could install and then pull. That should get her (or him) going. I am going to take the oil pan off. If that does not make a difference-maybe the rope seal too tight. Then I can try the pulling idea. If the oil pan that the cause then it has to be something with the rotating assembly??? Torqued too much, ?????
