I never saw it running and it looked very clean inside. The engine oil was very clean too.
It is on the test stand now. But I guess I could install and then pull. That should get her (or him) going.
I am going to take the oil pan off. If that does not make a difference-maybe the rope seal too tight. Then I can try the pulling idea.
If the oil pan that the cause then it has to be something with the rotating assembly??? Torqued too much, ?????Thank you all for the replies. I was hoping to see it running soon. Some pics on this link if you are interested.
