Had to replace the glow plug relay on my Powerstroke yesterday,
Went to NAPA because I didn't want some off brand made in you know where. Got an Echlin brand, $83, felt good until I turned it over when installing,and there on the bottom stamped made in China. What are we coming too?

I have posted before that Echlin will put a $2 part in a $50 box... Dammm shame Echlin use to be the best it was not uncommon to open a Echlin box that contained a AC Delco are Motorcraft OEM part... That days gone its all about a fast buck...

We are not coming to anything - we are already a participant in a global economy where our elevated standard of living has turned us into consumers rather than producers.

| Its called cheap labor and the fact we in many ways have priced our self's out of jobs when you can have a slave labor do it fir pennies on a dollar. Sad thing is that is what Japan did a few years before they sank the ships in HI
