We've killed 5 or 6 in a few years time. Bobcats, snakes and coyotes finally ate me out of house and home. I watched em jump the chainlink, grab and go. Chase the birds around the house, thru the pasture or pull the heads of thru the fence night and day. I gave up on raising yardbirds of any type. I seen one bobcat I thought was a mastif one day till he came out of the grass and got a look at its skinny legs. Neighbor verified that he had seen the same one. They are smart but get dumb when hungry. Where there's 1 there's more. Take the carcasses and load the traps. They are hard to trap. Good luck.

I think we have a season on them here in SC. About the most scared I have been was one night when a bobcat screamed 10 feet behind me. Every hair on my body stood up and I am a very hairy guy.
