The hghlighted text is copied and saved on your system "clipboard". Now open a new topic and right click in the message box and click on Paste in the popup menu. The stuff in red is the link to the old topic which you will find in the address bar at the top of the browser when you open the archived topic. Simply copy and paste it into the new topic.
