I'd say a lot less than $ 1200...maybe $ 450

It says tractor and attachments. If the tractor runs, sounds like a deal to me.

SWAG,
I would say the root rake - $150 low $250 high
I am guessing that is a 5' blade - $150 - $200
that looks like a 4' mower (based on the sledge handle and that the 1100 was a 48" wheel base) - $200 up
the tractor has about 12.5 hp, engine made by Shibaura 0.7L 2-cyl diesel, if the tranny is shot, might be very $$$$ - M2C

Damaged hydrostat transmissions are usually cost prohibitive to repair/replace unless the tractor is rather late model.

I would not touch the tractor unless I had a line on a parts tractor with a known good transmission.
