They are primed with good lugs and the front steering rings look to be in good shape. What do those run for? The guy has them pretty cheap and I may get them even though I would seldom use them. I dont know what they are worth but If you think its a good price get um,beats the 1% interest on your money in the bank. Somebody will chime in on this an give ya a price.
