HCooke from time to time posts a few pictures of the Bald eagle nest on a river down close to where he lives. There is also a winter population of bald eagles in the lake of the Ozark area but I do not get to the lake it self much

I have seen that site before but been years since I have gone to it. I have learned to hate the lake of the Ozarks due to it having so much sewage in it

Here is a picture of two bald eagles (one on a nest and one at the far left). Nest is about 600 yds from my front deck. This is another nest behind the obvious one.

We have a LOT of Eagles in this area. My view includes the territorial zone/border for two pairs - 'south' nest and the 'north'. Pretty cool to watch the 2 factions soaring upwards in circles (they almost meet at the 'line' and it stays pretty straight) until they are almost out of sight.

Here are the ones I watched last year. Don't look like there is much there now. Hopefully there will be.
