The "pipe thingy" is a loop for the pins that attach the rear of the laoder frame to the tractor. Those brackets were only used on a couple modles of teh Dearborn loaders. The other loaderss all bolt directly to the axle using the fender mounting bosses. and brackets welded to the loader frame.

| Just so that I know, what is the purpose of the pipe looking thingy on the rear brackets? One of my tractors ( not equipped with a loader) has these brackets , I'm wondering if possibly once had a loader , but I don't see any other signs of loader though.
