Yep reason I say it can be one of or a combo of the filters is yes the more gas you have the heavier so to speak the push would be so if the filters are sort of clogged more fuel having more weight can push the fuel where as low tank low push. Of course I could also be wrong and it is something else also

| Also, when the gas is low and you are a slope the gas may be below the standpipe filter. When the tank is full the gas is above that filter. The top of the standpipe filter is open.

| i have removed the fuel bowl and cleaned the screen i did shorten the fuel line tonight and went directly from the bowl straight across the top of the plugs right to the carb. it had a loop in it i hope this will fix it but i somehow doubt it i use this for plowing and we have had our fair share if snow here in the Canadian maritimes close to 2 feet last week!!! holy crap i didnt see that one coming!
