The problem with series wiring is when one blows you are with out any lights. Yes works fin till then. Or you can always use a O'Reilly's VR-1 ballast resister in the wire to the light and do the same thing and not likely to blow the resister LOL. I know to many ways to get around things but then being a former Navy E.T. you learn thing. Shoot i have forgotten more then a lot ever learn about what I call Zap-U-Trons. Thing like an-gates or Nor-gates nan-gates etc etc All electronic terms by the way

I started out as a Navy E.T. Electronics tec that is on a sub the USSBN Caismier Pulaski 633 then since I could not handle being under and who knows where for some 70 plus days I managed to get off of it and then ended up on the JFK CVA67 aircraft carrier as a electronics tec and repaired the flight deck radio system which pretty much was a simple walkies talkie system so the guys on the flight deck could communicate with the flight boss

I started out on the big black never come backs but got transferred to a flat top USSBN 633 and then the CVA67
