Greg, Like your ideas! I especially like the rear lift platform. Is that manufactured or is it your work? If it is your design I would like to see how you constructed the framing under the platform? I have done a lot of fabrication work with my front end loaders, 2N and 8N, making attachments to fit specific jobs. Curious Retiree Mr. T. Minnesota

Basically it's a hay bail fork slid into two thick wall pipes. The pipes have a piece of square tubing welded across the front end. The back end of the pipes have angle cuts with a 3/8" 5'x10" plate welded to make a ramp approach. It just has a piece of 3/4" plywood on top for now. May put expanded metal instead later.
