8N FEL-Anybody from South Dakota

Hey Rick funny you should ask as I had read your post with the picture of your Ns this AM:. I wondered what kind of grill that was on the one covered with snow? Also I would not worry about the exhaust starting a fire in hay windrows I put up lots of hay and never seen that happen, but better safe then sorry. Most hay catches on fire from being put up wet or some how gets moisture trapped inside it will build heat up and you may get a spontaneous combustion. Anyway I may go look at a tractor and FEL in SD and thought I could turn it into a trip and as I like to pheasant hunt take time to do some. Any ideas where I could get some good shooting? Thanks

I really don't know. I think it's aftermarket because you can swing it down to clean the radiator.

As far as the shooting goes you may have to google it to find some.

I know that most hay fires are from wet hay but when I'm raking I have to roll a couple of rows together to make em big enough for the round bailer. That muff dragging through the hay bathers me. So as you said, better safe than sorry.
