in the centre of the offset drive tangs, there is a screw, what does it do? Mine will turn each way about 4 turns then stops. dont want to break it but wondering what it does? Thanks |

| Quoting Removed, click Modern View to seeThat is where Ford inserted a cylindrical fiber wick to hold oil that would gradually seep out the hole in the side of the shaft where it passes through the upper (front) distributor bushing. No need to remove that already staked & difficult to remove screw, just add oil with a squirt through the hole in side of shaft. |
