| | Very interesting Videos. I once restored an old Frick circle saw mill from nothing but the metal parts I found in a junk yard. Pulled it with a Ford dump truck with a 330 cu in engine. Fabricated a jack shaft to come out the bottom of the dump bed to the back of the truck with a 6" flat pulled to pull the saw arbor shaft pulley. Fabriicated a governor for the truck engine from an old liscense plate mounted up close to the fan blades like ones on old Briggs small engines. Worked perfect! After it nearly killed me a few times I sold it to some guy who was going to go into the saw mill business. Never saw his name in the obits???? Zane |
