Hello, On my Ford 8N tractor front mount dis. I have a bad miss I am getting gas, plugs are all fireing,generator is charging the only thing I did was put Sta Bil in the gas tank, what can the problen be? Thanks |

| A miss can be many things. #1 a wore bushing in the distributor causing one plug to fire poorly. #2 a bad spark plug. #3 a bad intake manifold with say a pin hole. #4 a sticking valve. #5 a bad head gasket causing loss of compression on one cylinder and the list can go on. So the first thing to do is as sound said and find which cylinder it is then check for the stuff I said |

| Up date on 8N miss the problem was one of the wires going to the front mount distributor was loose.Thanks |

| | pul 1 plug at a time in order and see what cyl is missing. swap that plug with another and see if the miss jumps. |
