veteran's day

just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all the veterans on here.

if not for all of you and your sacrifice, we would not have this board or the freedom to do things we do every day like work on and play with old tractors, etc.

thank you all so much and though the nation may not say it often enough, you are all greatly appreciated.

Yes thank all of you vet's, freedom was and is not free, someone paid and is paying now, thanks

Some days it seems like yesterday and some days like a life time or two ago!!

Not a problem. I always thought that serving the American people was an honor (not the politicians).

Was going to be a Vo Ag Teacher after graduatig from Purdue but wanted to get my military obligation fulfilled. That I did from 5 Jul 67 to 3 May 98 in uniform but never saw the inside of a classroom as an Ag teacher. No regrets and as others have said, proud to have done my duty!

EIGHT yrs. in A.F, 12YRS. USN. Enjoyed every thing ,but capt.mass. Retired US navy 1975. Wish I was back there , a little to old I guess. John

Thank you, Sir.
My only regret is I was not able to do more.
Thank you for allowing me the honor to serve.
Let's not forget the families that serve right along with Vets,
as if side by side, tho still at home.
Rough go of it for them, too.
